Being an athlete is about building strength, resilience, and self-confidence—not competition. My mission is to help busy parents, full-time students, former or current athletes and everyone in between rediscover their potential. Through personalized fitness and nutrition coaching, we’ll guide you in fueling your body, strengthening your relationship with food, and mastering foundational movements to redefine what athleticism means to you. Together, we’ll create a path to becoming the strongest, healthiest version of yourself, no matter where you’re starting. At Redefined Athlete, every journey counts, and every goal matters.

How It Works:

Initial Consult Call

Your journey starts here! We’ll identify your goals, obstacles, and vision for your health so we can redefine what it means to be an athlete to you.

Personalized Plan Development

Based on our initial consult call, we’ll develop a personalized strategy tailored towards your specific goals, fitness level, and lifestyle

Integration & Support

With a finalized game plan, you’re ready to start your fitness journey. You’ll have 24/5 support from me as your coach, who will be available to answer questions, provide education and encouragement, and make any necessary adjustments.

Each week, we’ll have a progress check-in to assess development and make necessary adjustments to your plan as needed. These check-ins ensure you’re continuously progressing and staying on track and provide an extra resource for feedback outside of your 24/5 access to me.
